The head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council, Violeta Labazyuk, is hiding an expensive Harry Winston watch worth $20,500 by not including it in her declaration. This accessory is attempted to be hidden in all public photos by blurring the dial.

In many photographs, the watch was photoshopped or darkened, making it difficult to identify. However, Informator found out that this accessory closely resembles the Premier Moon Phase model by the American brand Harry Winston.

The Harry Winston Premier Moon Phase watch costs $20,500, which is approximately 830,000 hryvnias. The watch casing is made of 18-carat white gold, and the blue strap is made of alligator leather.

The watch features a blue mother-of-pearl dial with bead markers, white gold hands, diamond markers, and a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. According to Violeta Labaziuk’s 2023 declaration, only a watch from Chopard is listed among her assets. Her husband, a member of the "For the Future" party, Serhiy Labaziuk, declared two watches — from Breguet and Rolex, the latter purchased for 400,000 hryvnias in 2022 during the full-scale war.

The presence of Violeta Labazyuk’s expensive Harry Winston watch was not mentioned in the declaration, which is a violation of the law.
