Fine from TRC can be paid in "Reserve+", - Ministry of Defence
According to Umyerov’s deputy, many men do not wish to visit the TRC to pay a fine for violating military registration.
The Ministry of Defence plans to implement the function of online fine payment in the "Reserve+" application for violating military registration. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Defence for Digitalization Kateryna Chernohorenko in an interview with Channel 24.
"Many people do not want to go to the TRC for this, take a receipt. There is a technical possibility to implement fine payment in ’Reserve+’, and there is even a draft law that if a person voluntarily issues a receipt, they receive a 50% discount on the fine, similar to a traffic violation," she noted.
As Chernohorenko explains, there is a technical understanding of this issue, and if deputies pass the draft law by the end of the year, then at the beginning of 2025, this function will appear in "Reserve+".
If a person did not update their data on time, by July 17, they may receive a fine ranging from 17,000 to 25,000 UAH. A citizen may also be restricted in the right to drive a car and have their account blocked through a court if the fine is not paid on time.
