Intense fighting continues in Toretsk, Donetsk region, with the enemy losing up to 100 personnel daily.

This was reported by Anastasiya Bobovnykova, the press secretary of the operational-tactical group of troops "Luhansk," on the air of "Suspilne".

She emphasized that in the Toretsk direction, the enemy is actively conducting assault actions, using various types of UAVs, artillery, and aviation to shell Toretsk.

"The enemy is advancing with incredible speed. The daily losses of the enemy in Toretsk itself amount to up to 100 personnel. This is approximately 5% of all the losses of the occupiers across the entire front," Bobovnykova noted.

According to her, few civilians remain in the city. "It is extremely dangerous to be in Toretsk right now," she added. She also stressed that the presence of civilians greatly complicates combat operations because urban warfare is difficult, and servicemen are forced to quickly distinguish between civilians and disguised occupiers.

In addition, Bobovnykova acknowledged that the situation in another settlement, Chasiv Yar, is also "quite threatening." "The enemy has accumulated significant forces and is employing various tactics in hopes of success. For now, our troops are holding back the attacks, but the situation remains tense, with the enemy attempting attacks," she emphasized, adding that many Russian soldiers are already near Chasiv Yar.
