The Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on the situation in Toretsk

Russian occupation forces continue to attack Toretsk. Every day, Ukrainian military forces eliminate up to a hundred Russian soldiers in this city.

This information was provided by the spokesperson of the operational-tactical group "Luhansk," Major Anastasiya Bobovnikova. 

She emphasized that in the area of responsibility of the operational-tactical group, the enemy conducts about one and a half thousand shellings per day.

The situation in Toretsk remains extremely difficult: the enemy constantly attacks the city and destroys it with artillery strikes and aviation.

«In the conditions of urban combat, encounters occur literally at arm’s reach. This may mean that the enemy is around the corner, on the second floor, while our forces are on the first floor, or vice versa. Therefore, these are always close-range firefights,» – explained Anastasia Bobovnikova.

The spokesperson of the OTG "Luhansk" also noted that the invaders use aviation for their offensive, but its activity has decreased due to changes in weather conditions.
