Situation at the front: Since the beginning of the day, 146 combat engagements have already occurred

This was reported in a statement by the General Staff of the Armed Forces on Facebook.

Throughout the day, several settlements near the border with Russia were affected by attacks from the Russian army. The settlements of Marchykhyne Buda, Baranivka, Demyanivka, Bachivsk in the Sumy region, and Mykhalchyna Sloboda in the Chernihiv region were under artillery fire.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attempted to assault the defensive positions of the Ukrainian military three times in the areas of Vovchansk, Lyptsi, and Vysoka Yaruha.

In the Kupyansk direction, the invaders actively advanced eight times towards the positions of Ukrainian troops in the areas of Pishchane, Kolisnykivka, Lozova, and Zahryzove. Two enemy attacks are still ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, the Russian army conducted 21 attacks on Ukrainian positions near Bohuslavka, Druzheliubivka, Kopanky, Zelenyi Hai, Zarechne, Terny, Yampilivka, Nadiia, and Makiivka. Eight combat encounters concluded unsuccessfully for the enemy, and 13 are still ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy unsuccessfully assaulted the Ukrainian military positions near Stupocki. As noted by the General Staff, the situation is under control.

In the Toretsk direction, the invaders focused their offensive efforts in the areas of Toretsk, Diliivka, Leonidivka, and Shcherbynivka, where seven combat encounters occurred. Three encounters are still ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, Russian forces have attempted 43 times to displace Ukrainian defenders from their positions in the areas of Myroliubivka, Novotoretske, Promin, Lysivka, Dachen, Zelene, Novyi Trud, Zhovte, and Chumatske. The Defence Forces are holding the pressure, repelling 36 attacks. Seven encounters are still ongoing. Enemy losses are being clarified.

In the Kurakhove direction, battles are ongoing near Sontsivka, Stari Terny, Maksymilianivka, Dachne, Kurakhove, Katerynivka, Yelyzavetivka, Hanivka, Antonivka, and Uspenivka. Based on updated information, 22 out of 31 attacks by the Russian army have already been repelled. Fierce battles are ongoing.

In the Vremivka direction, the enemy attempted to assault the positions of Ukrainian troops 13 times near Novosilka, Novodarivka, Sukhi Yaly, and Blahodatne. Six encounters are ongoing.

In the Orikhiv direction, the invaders attacked Defense Forces units near Nesterianka.

In the Dniprovskyi direction, the enemy is not giving up attempts to dislodge Ukrainian units from their positions. Today, they conducted three unsuccessful assaults on Defense Forces positions.

In the Hulyaipole and Siversk directions, the Russian army did not conduct active operations.
