CCD: Russia is preparing massive strikes on Ukraine

The Russian army is amassing resources at strategic aviation airfields to prepare for a new missile attack. The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine warns of the threat of strikes on critical infrastructure.

Russia continues to gather resources at strategic aviation airfields for massive strikes on Ukraine. This was reported on Telegram by Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.

According to his estimates, the enemy army is not changing tactics, and real economic and military pressure on Moscow is necessary to stop the terror against Ukrainians.

"Only through force, physical destruction of Russian military capabilities, or economic limitation of Russia’s ability to conduct terrorist strikes," he emphasized.

It is worth noting that on December 8, the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine warned of the threat of missile and drone strikes on critical civil infrastructure. The diplomats urged U.S. citizens to exercise increased caution.

Earlier in the media, it was reported that as of November 20, 2024, Russia had accumulated 350 Iskander-M missiles, 220 X-101 missiles, and about 390 Kalibrs.

Data on the stockpiles of aeroballistic Kinzhals is also available: their number is estimated at 70 missiles. The aggressor may also have about 230 X-22 missiles, but these are no longer produced.
