In the Mykolaiv TRC, the information from MP Fediyenko about the mobilization of reserved employees was refuted

The Mykolaiv Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support expressed their opinion regarding the case of the mobilization of a reserved employee of an enterprise. They emphasized that the information disseminated by MP Oleksandr Fediyenko does not entirely correspond to reality.

This was reported to "Ukrinform" by Major of Justice, assistant to the head of the center for legal work, and head of the legal service of the Mykolaiv TRC and SP, Tetyana Kiyko. The situation with the cancellation of the reservation and mobilization of the reserved employee in question was caused by technical issues with document flow.

"On November 5, 2024, the Mykolaiv District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support received an order from the head of the Mykolaiv District Military Administration to cancel mobilization tasks (orders) for certain enterprises. Among these enterprises was the enterprise LLC "ATF AGRO-DILO." According to subparagraph 2 of paragraph 12 of the CMU Resolution No. 76 dated January 27, 2023, which was in force at that time, the granted deferment is subject to cancellation in the case of "completion of the mobilization task (order) by the enterprise, institution, organization, or its cancellation," Kiyko noted.

She pointed out that this resolution established that through the means of the Unified State Register of Draftees, Conscripts, and Reservists, there was an automatic cancellation of the reservation of military-obligated employees of the mentioned enterprise.

In addition to the mobilization task, which led to the cancellation of the reservation, the mentioned enterprise was previously recognized as critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period.

However, the staff of the recruitment center did not take this into account, which is why the Mykolaiv Regional TRC and SP is conducting an internal review. "All details will be clarified, and this issue will be resolved subsequently," the lawyer assured.
