Russian forces are advancing near Pokrovsk: they have captured Kotlyne

Russian troops captured the settlement of Kotlyne near Pokrovsk, reported a Ukrainian soldier with the call sign "Muchnyi".

"Kotlyne is lost, the enemy is fortifying the last positions. A building and the mine shafts were blown up during the retreat," — he wrote.

According to Deep State information, part of Kotlyne remains under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The settlement has strategic significance since it is just over four kilometers away from the Pokrovsk-Pavlohrad highway, which supplies Pokrovsk, and there are no other settlements on the way.
