In the Yavoriv Territorial Center for Recruitment in the Lviv region, the military commissar was brutally beaten by civilians whom he intended to detain.

According to him, the incident occurred in Lviv.

"In the city, civilians attacked me, refusing to follow me to the Territorial Center. I ended up in treatment, then went through rehabilitation. I fought, and they tell me: you haven’t been anywhere, why are you bothering civilians. It’s very upsetting," the serviceman said.
