In Kherson, after the airstrike, there is a living person under the rubble: a rescue operation is underway

This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kherson Military Administration, Roman Mrochko.

"There are three injured, two have been extracted from under the rubble, and our heroic medics are already providing them with assistance, while our SES workers along with the police are currently extracting another person, who is alive, from under the rubble," said the official in a video message.

According to Mrochko, the strike hit the central part of Kherson.

"A lot of civilian property has been destroyed. Our municipal services will be putting things in order. Humanitarian aid will be distributed," noted Mrochko.
