Activist, founder, and leader of the "Bratstvo" party, Dmytro Korchynskyi stated that in Ukraine, mobilization occurs almost exclusively on a voluntary basis, and territorial recruitment centers (TRC) need to be given more powers.

«Anyone who discredits, curses, or opposes the TRC — is either a Moscow agent or a fool who needs to be dealt with according to the law. Almost everyone here fights voluntarily», he stated.
