In the Verkhovna Rada of the ninth convocation, there are over 30 Members of Parliament who have been served with notices of suspicion by law enforcement or anti-corruption agencies. This pertains only to current parliamentarians — some suspects have been stripped of their mandates. Three MPs are currently wanted, and another five are in pre-trial detention centers or under house arrest.

More details — on the infographic from "Slovo i Dilo".

Four current MPs are currently in pre-trial detention: Nestor Shufrych, Yevhen Shevchenko, Oleksandr Dubinskyi, and Oleksandr Ponomaryov — all of them are suspected of treason.

Dubinskyi, in addition to treason, faces three more suspicions: creating and leading a criminal organization, service forgery, and smuggling people across borders. Shufrych is also suspected of financing activities aimed at overthrowing the constitutional order.

The case regarding Shevchenko is at the pre-trial investigation stage, while the cases of Dubinskyi, Shufrych, and Ponomaryov are already in court.

Mykola Tyshchenko, suspected of kidnapping, is under house arrest. His case (already referred to court), as a reminder, is connected with the beating of a former serviceman in Dnipro.

Three MPs are currently wanted — Artem Dmytruk, Yaroslav Dubnevych, and Oleksandr Odarchenko.

Odarchenko has already been sentenced: the court found him guilty and sentenced him to 8 years in prison for providing undue advantage to the former head of the State Restoration Agency, Mustafa Nayem. The deputy fled abroad in the fall.

Dmytruk illegally left Ukraine at the end of August, just before receiving a suspicion for assaulting a law enforcement officer and a military member.

Dubnevych has been wanted since 2023. He is suspected of organizing the misappropriation of natural gas from a CHPP and legalizing illegally obtained incomes. The case is already in court.

Suspicions of inaccurate declaration were received by Mykhaylo Volynets, Volodymyr Hevko, Artur Herasimov, Yuriy Kamelychuk, Iryna Konstankevych, Hanna Kolisnyk, Oleksandr Marikovskyi, Serhiy Nahornyak, Maksym Pashkovskyi, Olha Saladukha, and Margaryta Shol. Pashkovskyi was acquitted, and cases against other MPs were closed for various reasons (mostly due to expiration of the statute of limitations).

Anatoliy Hunchko, Mykola Zadorozhnyi, and Serhiy Labazyuk are suspected of bribery.

Hunchko’s case is already in court: he is accused of receiving 85,000 dollars of undue advantage. Labaziuk is accused of attempted bribery of former Vice Prime Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov and the former head of the Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure, Mustafa Nayem.

The investigation regarding Zadorozhnyi is ongoing: the investigation believes that he wanted to receive a kickback of 3.4 million hryvnias for not hindering infrastructure repairs in the Sumy region.

Iryna Kormyshkina has two suspicions — illegal enrichment and inaccurate declaration. A suspicion was also announced to her husband.

Andriy Klochko is also suspected of illegal enrichment, and the case is already in court.

Serhiy Aleksyeyev is suspected of fraud: according to the investigation, he promised a German citizen to help avoid extradition for a monetary reward of 50,000 dollars.

Kostyantyn Bondaryev is suspected of service forgery and smuggling people across borders. According to the State Bureau of Investigations, since the beginning of the full-scale war, he organized the departure for 23 people.

Viktor Bondar was recently served with a suspicion of co-organizing the misappropriation of Ukrzaliznytsia funds during the purchase of cable and wire products.

Lyudmyla Marchenko is suspected of influence peddling, and Dmytro Isayenko is suspected of abuse of office. Their cases are already in court. Also in court is the case of Robert Horvat, accused of land scams.

Andriy Nikolayenko is accused of violating traffic safety rules: in November 2023, he hit a person on the Kyiv-Chop highway in the Zhytomyr region.
