In the Chernihiv region, two men were detained for threatening military personnel of the TRC

The police have detained two men who threatened servicemen of the TRC and SS with physical harm.

The incident occurred on February 5 in one of the villages of the Chernihiv district.

This was reported by the Chernihiv Regional Police on their official website.

According to the report, the police received information that two unknown men were behaving aggressively and had created a conflict with the servicemen.

"They threatened them with physical harm, broke the mobile phone of one of the servicemen, and then fled the scene by car," the regional police press service reports.

Both men were detained. They have already been charged with a crime under Article 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (threat or violence against an official).

The sanction of the article provides for arrest for up to six months, restriction of freedom for up to three years, or imprisonment for up to two years.
