In Kyiv, a Russian citizen who was organizing the departure of those subject to military service abroad was caught "in the act". The woman was registering her "clients" as drivers of international routes.
The most interesting part is that the Russian woman tried to disguise herself. She pretended to be a man.
For conspiracy, the suspect acted under the guise of a man. She cut her hair short, wore men’s clothing, and used a fictitious name,
– the report states.
