The case of bribery involving the head of the central executive body has been sent to court

NABU and SAPO have submitted to court the case concerning an attempt to bribe the head of one of the central executive authorities.

According to the investigation, a citizen of Ukraine offered an official 10,000 USD for assistance in obtaining permits for a foreign enterprise.

Law enforcement officers together with the SSU detained the offender during the bribe transfer and informed him of the suspicion.

The investigation in the case was completed in October 2024.
