The occupiers shelled the center of Kherson: there are disruptions with electricity, water, and heating

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, on Telegram.

"As a result of equipment damage following Russian shelling, there have been disruptions in heating, water, and electricity supply in the Central district of Kherson," the message states.

According to Mrochko, utility services are switching to backup power sources until the situation stabilizes.
