Zelenskyy: At Khmelnytskyi NPP, the launch of four more units is being prepared

Zelenskyy mentioned this in his evening address.

"In total, we are preparing the launch of four more units for Ukraine. The first stage involves two units, adding 2.2 GW, and later the second stage involves another two units, by the way, American units from the Westinghouse company, also 2.2 GW. Overall, we are collaborating with American partners on the completion of the plant – it will be our strongest station," Zelenskyy said.

He emphasized that this project will help Ukraine not only to manage without electricity imports during challenging winter periods but also to provide more affordable electricity for our people and our industry.
