"Miss Ukraine Universe" Anna Neplyakh showcased her luxurious apartment in the city center

The Ukrainian model and winner of the "Miss Ukraine Universe" contest, Anna Neplyakh, publicly showcased her luxurious apartment in an elite residential complex in the center of Kyiv. The cost per square meter of this property was 4500 dollars.

The apartment measures 78 square meters, which brought the total cost of the home to over 350 thousand dollars. However, it was not the model who paid for the apartment but her husband. According to Neplyakh in the project "Best Dwelling," it was a gift from her beloved.

The "Miss Ukraine Universe" owns a 2-bedroom apartment with a studio kitchen. She curated the entire renovation in a quiet luxury style, which ended up costing an additional 234 thousand dollars.

"In creating the design of this apartment, I aimed for it to be like in an expensive hotel: classic stylish renovation, a sense of coziness," shared Neplyakh.

First, she showed off her expensive porcelain tableware. For example, cups from the brand Roberto Cavalli cost her 100 dollars each. The same goes for Hermès plates, where one costs 350 dollars.

Round lamps, which are a highlight of many luxurious interiors, cost Neplyakh 5000 dollars. The chandelier in the bathroom alone was 12,000 dollars. The mirrored bathroom doors also cost 5000 dollars, while the bathtub itself cost 200,000 hryvnias (4800 dollars). The personalized bath towels were also pricey. One was 8,000 hryvnias.

The main pride of Anna Neplyakh’s apartment is her collection of 45 bags from luxury brands like Dior, Prada, Hermès, Bulgari, and others. She views her handbag wardrobe as an investment portfolio estimated at approximately 120 thousand dollars.

Regarding the basic setup of the apartment: flooring and heating. For her home, the model chose expensive herringbone parquet. The price of such flooring starts at 2,500 hryvnias per square meter (60 dollars).

To ensure heating in the cold season and cooling in the summer, Neplyakh purchased a special ceiling-mounted air conditioning unit for 30 thousand dollars.
