In Pryluky, a man suspected of drug trafficking was detained

Employees of the Criminal Police of the Pryluky District Department documented several instances of drug trafficking committed by a 27-year-old local resident. The retail drug dealer has been detained and is in custody.

This information is provided by the Police of the Pryluky District.

During the implementation of the received information, the operatives discovered that the perpetrator systematically engaged in the retail sale of the narcotic drug "Alpha-PVP." The police conducted a series of operational measures during which they documented several episodes of the suspect’s illegal activities.

During a sanctioned search of the perpetrator’s residence, law enforcement officers discovered and seized narcotic substances and other physical evidence.

All seized items have been sent for expert analysis.

The police investigator, in agreement with the Pryluky District Prosecutor’s Office, announced to the offender a suspicion of repeated illegal drug trafficking (part 2 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). This provides for a penalty of imprisonment for a term of 6 to 10 years with confiscation of property.

The court has chosen a preventive measure for the suspect - detention in custody.

Pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
