The situation on the front: 101 combat engagements occurred, mostly in the Kursk region

«In total, over the past day, 101 combat clashes were recorded. The aggressor carried out air strikes, particularly in the areas of settlements Loknya, Stavky, Novoyehorivka, Kostyantynivka, Pokrovsk, Myrolyubivka, Udachne, Yablunivka, Voskresenka, Staromlynivka, Zelene Pole, Zaliznychne, Novopil, Chervona Krynytsia, Omelnyk, Yegorivka, Novoraysk, and Chervonyi Mayak», - the report states.

In the Kharkiv direction Ukrainian troops repelled two enemy attacks towards Bochkovoye and Krasne Pershe.

In the Kupyansk direction there were two attacks by the occupiers over the past day. The defence forces repelled assault actions near the settlements of Zahryzove and Ivanivka.

In the Lyman direction the enemy attacked 13 times - attempting to advance near Novolyubivka, Ivanivka, and Yampilivka.

In the Siversk direction the enemy attacked Ukrainian defenders’ positions once in the area of the Bilohorivka settlement.

In the Kramatorsk direction there were three combat clashes in the area of Chasiv Yar and towards Stupochky and Pretsechyno.

In the Toretsk direction the enemy carried out 13 attacks in the areas of Krymske and Toretska.

In the Pokrovsk direction Ukrainian warriors stopped 21 assault and offensive actions by the Russian Federation in the areas of settlements Oleksandropil, Lysivka, Promin, Dachenske, Preobrazhenka, Kotlyne, Ulakly, and Andriivka.

In the Novopavlivka direction the occupiers attacked Ukrainian forces’ positions seven times, attempting to break through towards Kostyantynopil, Burlatske, and Skudne.

In the Hulyaipole direction the invaders attempted an advance towards Pryvilne.

In the Orikhiv direction Ukrainian defenders repelled four enemy attacks towards Stepove and near Nesterianka.

In the operational zone in Kursk, units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine repelled 29 Russian attacks over the past day. Additionally, the enemy carried out 13 airstrikes using 17 guided bombs, and conducted 308 artillery shellings of Ukrainian forces’ positions and settlements, 17 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).

In the Prydniprovskyi direction the enemy did not conduct assault actions over the past day.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions there are no signs of enemy offensive group formation.

According to the General Staff, on Monday the enemy launched 56 airstrikes on Ukrainian unit positions and settlements, dropping 104 GABs, and deployed 2,638 kamikaze drones. Additionally, Russia conducted over 5,100 shellings, including 186 from MLRS.

«Over the past day, the aviation, rocket troops, and artillery of the Defence Forces struck 14 areas of personnel and equipment concentration, an artillery system, and two enemy command posts. Our fighters are inflicting substantial losses on the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, actively undermining the offensive potential of the enemy in the rear», - stated the press service.
