In Kharkiv, a group of representatives from the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) used weapons against a man and damaged his car.

According to the victim’s sister, her brother was stopped by 15 people in military uniforms who started demanding documents. During the conversation, a shot was fired, after which the man ran away and managed to hide in the yards.

«He ran away, and in response, they damaged his car», – the girl said.

At the scene, the police found a pistol shell casing. Currently, law enforcement officers are clarifying all the circumstances of the incident.
