Apartment Magnates MSEC: Vinnytsia therapists earn millions from solar energy and real estate

In Vinnytsia, MSEC physician-therapist Viktor Vlasyuk, along with his retired wife, owns 13 apartments, including a luxury property of 260 square meters in the center of Kyiv. His boss, the head of MSEC, Yuliya Danylenko, has acquired several apartments, 25 land plots, and 104 square meters of commercial real estate.

Danylenko is officially a co-owner of LLC "Solar Farmers," and her legitimate partner in this company is her subordinate, MSEC physician-therapist Viktor Vlasyuk. According to the YouControl register, Vlasyuk owns 37.5% of the company. He held the position of MSEC head before Danylenko, serving from 2002 to 2014. Currently, Vlasyuk holds the position of physician-therapist, earning 16,700 UAH per month, and also has income from electricity generation — officially, he received an additional 1.1 million UAH from an energy company. Another 990,000 UAH — from entrepreneurial activities. His retired wife is also officially employed at LLC "Solar Farmers." Last year, she earned 541,000 UAH from the energy company, 83,000 UAH from the LLC, and another 840,000 UAH from entrepreneurial activities.

However, such income does not explain the possession of 13 luxury properties, including luxury apartments of 260 square meters in the very center of Kyiv and three expensive cars. The fleet of the therapist and his retired wife includes three Teslas: two Tesla Model S and one Tesla Model Y.

«The most expensive apartments are officially registered under the name of Vlasyuk’s wife, pensioner Oksana Blanar. This is a six-room apartment in the center of the capital, on Instytutska Street. The area of this property is 260 square meters. The cost per square meter in this historic building is about 3,000 dollars. The apartment with an area of 260 squares may cost up to 780,000 dollars. And this is just one of 13 apartments.»

Vlasyuk is the father of the Vlasyuk brothers, one of whom holds a position in the Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration and has undeclared assets, while the other is an advisor to the president.
