Due to the explosion in Ivano-Frankivsk, a minor was killed: the SES showed the consequences

As a result of the explosions that occurred on March 11 in Ivano-Frankivsk, a minor boy died.

This was reported to the Lviv Portal by the regional police department.

«A minor died as a result of the explosion near the house», – law enforcement officers briefly noted.

It is known that at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Pryvokzalna Street, near the railway station, two explosions were heard. They occurred directly near residential buildings.

It was previously known about three injured people, but the mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ruslan Martsinkiv, also mentioned fatalities.

Later, the mayor clarified that one person died, another is in critical condition due to limb loss. Two more people sustained minor injuries.

What exactly these explosive devices were, who planted them and where, is currently being investigated by law enforcement officers.
