In the Kharkiv region, the mandatory evacuation zone is being expanded: under threat is the Velykoburlutska community
Due to the escalation of the situation at the front, there are plans to expand the mandatory evacuation zone in the Kharkiv region, specifically including the Velykoburlutska community.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
According to him, the most critical situation is currently observed in the north and east of the region – in the Vovchansk, Kupyansk, and Borys directions.
"There are still children remaining in the Velykoburlutska community, and the enemy continues shelling, including with guided aerial bombs. To ensure the safety of the civilian population, we will most likely decide on the mandatory evacuation of families with children. We will continue to assess the situation based on the military circumstances," Syniehubov noted.
It should be noted that mandatory evacuation has already been implemented in several communities in the Kharkiv region due to intense Russian attacks. Local authorities urge residents of dangerous areas not to delay their departure to preserve their lives and health.
