A fight between military personnel and civilians in Kharkiv: a 16-year-old Kharkiv resident sustained eye burns

A video is spreading online showing people in uniform spraying some substance into the face of a teenager during a conflict. 

An incident occurred in Kharkiv involving a 16-year-old boy and employees of the territorial recruitment and social support center, as a result of which the teenager sustained chemical burns to his eyes.

Law enforcement agencies are establishing the details of the incident, reported the press service of the main department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region on March 14 on their official Facebook page.
