The Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Pokrovsk direction repelled several positions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and advanced forward

The units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to push out the Russian occupiers in the Pokrovsk direction.

This was reported by a serviceman of the Ukrainian army, journalist Kyrylo Sazonov, on the FREEДОМ TV channel.

According to him, Ukrainian fighters managed to disrupt the logistics of the Russians and advance in several areas. Thus, the Armed Forces of Ukraine succeeded in advancing in the area of the settlement of Kotlyne, where the invaders tried to block an important road to Pokrovsk for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Sazonov noted: "Four, five, or even six positions near Pokrovsk have already been recaptured from the occupiers. This is a small Ukrainian counteroffensive. But the enemy has been stopped and even pushed back in some places."

Nevertheless, he acknowledged that the Pokrovsk direction remains one of the most challenging on the front: "There is an activation. It was hot again near Pokrovsk yesterday, even though it has not been quiet here. However, the Russians do not have serious resources. They are fighting using North Korean ammunition. As for personnel, they are experiencing a shortage, and they will feel it very acutely in the fall. For one or two months, they will push, hoping that we will falter first. But we will not falter."
