The invaders announced the construction of housing in the occupied Syevyerodonetsk

Large-scale reconstruction plans for the city destroyed by the Russian army, which the occupiers continue to call Syevyerodonetsk, have been proposed by the Unified Spatial Planning Institute of the Russian Federation.

«The project envisages the construction of 50 new multi-apartment residential buildings on the site of destroyed ones, two multi-level parking lots and a dormitory, as well as landscaping and greening of residential development and social facility areas», — the UISP statement reads. 

According to the institute, «the implementation of the proposed set of measures will accelerate the restoration of the historical center of Syevyerodonetsk and create conditions for the comfortable living of the population».

The specialists in planning did not specify who will undertake this construction and who, considering that all housing in the "dpr" and "lpr" is built for sale, will be able to purchase apartments in commercial new buildings.

As previously reported, the first «deputy minister of construction and housing and communal services of the lpr» unequivocally stated that prices for new housing will be higher than in the neighboring Rostov-on-Don. 

"Even the mass construction that will take place will still be within the boundaries of Rostov, plus some extra. Therefore, prices below 100,000 rubles per square meter are not anticipated to be seen," — she acknowledged.
