In Sumy, the head of the excise department was detained for a bribe, - journalist

In the Sumy region, Mykola Olenych, the head of the excise department of the State Tax Service, has been exposed for receiving a bribe of $4,500.

According to journalist Seredych, the official was detained along with an intermediary while receiving the money demanded for issuing a license.

Recall that earlier, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) began the process of confiscating the assets of Artem Snyezhko, the head of the department for combating money laundering, derived from criminal activities, of the Sumy State Tax Service.
