Employee of the TRC in Zakarpattia, Livyk, is suspected of a scheme for selling "white tickets"

An employee of the TRC in the Zakarpattia region, Oksana Livyk, is involved in a large-scale case regarding the illegal issuance of documents on unfitness for military service.

This was reported by local journalist Vitaliy Hlahola.

According to the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in the field of defence of the Western region, Livyk is one of the probable organizers of a group that forged the conclusions of the military medical commission (MMC) regarding the health condition of evaders.

As Hlahola reports, the indictment has already been submitted to the court. Among the suspects are:

• the head of the psycho-narcological department,

• a psychiatrist,

• a member of the MMC,

• the head of the TRC department,

• residents of the Khust and Berehove districts.

According to the journalist, the cost of fake certificates of unfitness for service ranged from 9,000 to 14,000 US dollars per evader. The case is currently under consideration in court.
