DeepState confirms the advance of Russian forces in the Lyman area

The Ukrainian military analytical resource DeepState has confirmed the difficult situation for the Ukrainian Defence Forces in the direction of Lyman.

According to analytical data, Russian forces are advancing in the area of the settlements of Nove, Nevske, and Katerynivka, having an advantage on this section of the front.

In particular, Russian forces have managed to advance in the area of Nevske and Nove, and constant pressure is being applied on Katerynivka. According to DeepState, the situation for Ukrainian troops is currently very difficult.

«Unfortunately, the situation on this section for the Defence Forces is not developing in the best way. The ineffective use of resources by the brigade holding the area of responsibility, insufficient situational awareness, and the advantage of the Russian Federation in drones and means of destruction are noticeable», – the report states.
