The murder of a 19-year-old young man in Prykarpattia: police have announced suspicion to two 14-year-old boys

The police of Prykarpattia have charged two 14-year-old teenagers suspected of being involved in the murder of a 19-year-old local resident.

The body of the young man, showing signs of stab wounds, was discovered by law enforcement officers near the Vovchynets Hills on the outskirts of Ivano-Frankivsk, reported the Main Directorate of the National Police of the region.

Police officers say they identified three individuals involved in the crime "within minutes."

Two of them were detained during the investigation initiated under items 4 and 12 of part 2, article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – premeditated murder committed with particular cruelty by prior agreement by a group of individuals.

"Investigators found that the minors deceived the victim, deliberately luring him into the woodland area to commit a particularly serious crime.

The procedural status of the third participant, a 15-year-old minor, is being determined.
