The Russians are increasing pressure on the outskirts of Kostyantynivka, reports the Ukrainian military public page DeepState.

They have intensified the use of GABs and fiber-optic drones, where they have an advantage. «Unfortunately, in this direction, we are still lagging behind», writes the Telegram channel.

The Russians are «increasing their «hunting» for everything that moves in the city, as well as logistical routes to the frontline from the city, which causes significant damage».

There is also a growing threat of a Russian advance to the west of Kostyantynivka if the Russian advance continues at the current pace in the area of Sukhaya Balka and Novooleksandrivka.

«Reaching the Pokrovsk-Kostyantynivka highway in the Novooleksandrivka area could be a step towards advancing on Kostyantynivka from the western side, which would create a very unfavorable situation for both Kostyantynivka and Toretsk», reports the public page.

It also emphasizes the critical importance of holding the heights in Chasiv Yar and Stupky (where battles are already ongoing), as their loss would allow the Russians to establish fire control over the entire Kostyantynivka agglomeration, «through which a significant part of the Defence Forces’ logistics passes».
