The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched missile strikes on Sumy: a child was killed

According to the military administration, the Russians attacked the suburbs of Sumy around 17:30. The occupiers had no military targets, as their strikes were aimed precisely at civilian objects.

Later, the Sumy city council reported about the dead and injured as a result of the missile strike on civilian infrastructure.

"At this time, it is known that there are 7 casualties: 1 adult woman and 6 children. Unfortunately, one of them has died," the city council stated.

The regional administration added that one of the injured children is in extremely critical condition.

The city council also noted that all relevant services are working at the site of the attack. The consequences of the strike are being clarified.
