The occupiers executed three captured Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers in Donetsk region

According to the information provided by the Office of the Prosecutor General, on May 3, 2025, three servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were performing a combat mission at a position near the village of Novopil in the Velykonovosilka community of the Volnovakha district.

During the assault actions, the occupiers surrounded the Ukrainian soldiers, forced them to lay down their weapons, and surrender. Realizing that the Defence Forces servicemen could not resist, the representatives of the Russian Armed Forces shot them with automatic weapons.

Urgent investigative (search) actions are currently being conducted, aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the event and the individuals involved in committing this crime.
