The State Bureau of Investigation has announced a suspicion against the former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) for declaring false information amounting to millions of hryvnias.

This was reported by the press service of the SBI.

According to law enforcement officials, the official did not include in her 2023 declaration an apartment in an elite residential complex and a car. She also failed to declare her husband’s income and his financial assets held in bank accounts.

Meanwhile, according to law enforcement, information about the former official’s financial assets is also inaccurate. The total amount of undeclared assets and funds exceeds 3.2 million UAH.

The woman is suspected of declaring false information (Part 1, Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). She faces up to two years in prison.

Law enforcement officers are also checking whether she was involved in issuing fictitious disability certificates to conscripts.

Nataliya Abramenkova, acting director of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional MSEC, earned almost 500,000 hryvnias in 2023. However, her property does not entirely match her income. Meanwhile, in 2019, her son Denys bought an apartment and a small space in the "River Park" residential complex in Dnipro. At that time, the young man was only 20 years old. And Nataliya had just joined the commission for selecting the head of the regional MSEC. Apartments of the same size as Denys Abramenkov’s in this complex are now valued at about 3 million hryvnias.

In 2019, Denys Abramenkov only registered an individual entrepreneur under the activity "Programming." Later, in 2021, the young man became the owner of a cottage and land plot in the village of Balovka, which is 30 km from Dnipro.

In the same year, the Abramenkov family acquired two apartments in the prestigious "Grani" residential complex in Dnipro. One is fully officially registered to Nataliya.

According to the declaration, Abramenkova purchased almost 50 square meters here for 1.12 million hryvnias. The second belongs to her husband, Andrey, and is not mentioned in the official’s declaration.
