The director of "Kharkivzelenbud" concealed almost 9 million hryvnias in the declaration - NAPC

Oleksandr Sukhoviy, the director of the municipal enterprise "Kharkivzelenbud", did not declare almost 9 million UAH in assets and income in his 2023 declaration.

This was reported by the NAPC after the completion of a full document check.

In particular, the official did not declare a garden house, land plots, real estate in Germany, and incorrectly declared the type or area of several properties. The total value of the undeclared property is over 340 thousand UAH.

Sukhoviy also "forgot" to include in the declaration a Porsche Cayenne, Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG, income from the sale of a Volkswagen Passat, which together amounts to almost 3.91 million UAH. He also did not declare his salary for the year, which is more than 3.1 million UAH.

The value of the Toyota Land Cruiser and BMW K1300R motorcycle was understated more than 18 times. In addition, there was a significant discrepancy in the declared cash amounting to over 3.7 million UAH. Part of his wife’s assets were also not documented.

The total amount of violations is 8.88 million UAH, which exceeds the threshold of 2000 subsistence minimums and may lead to criminal liability under Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (declaration of inaccurate information). The NAPC requires the submission of a corrected declaration.
