The daughter of former Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Serhiy Chebotar is a co-owner of the company that is constructing a luxury hotel in the center of Bukovel, which could become the largest in Ukraine, — Bihus.Info investigation.

The hotel in question is the “Glacier Premium Apartments” in Bukovel. According to Forbes, it will become the largest hotel in Ukraine. The plan includes – 10 floors, 810 apartments, a rooftop spa, a gym, and luxury boutiques.

The wife of another former deputy of Avakov – Oleksiy Takhtay owns three apartments in Bukovel with a total area of 300 square meters in the “Rest & Ski Spa Resort” hotel. Additionally, Maria has a stake in a company that is involved, among other things, in solar energy in Prykarpattia. During his time at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Oleksiy Takhtay, along with Chebotar, was involved in a scandal involving the sale of illegally mined sand.

The wife of former Deputy Prosecutor General Serhiy Kiz owns three apartments in Bukovel. Maryna Kiz became the owner of 150 square meters in Bukovel shortly after her husband was dismissed from office in 2020. Currently, the former Deputy Prosecutor General has 10 diverse companies. In addition to business successes, in 2024 Kiz purchased a house in the customs officers’ rehabilitation center “Koncha Zaspa” and a luxury car.

All three relatives of the former top law enforcement officers share a common business partner – Ivano-Frankivsk developer — Vasyl Kavlak. It is with him that Serhiy Chebotar’s daughter founded the company that ordered the construction of the “Glacier Premium Apartments” hotel. And the wives of Takhtay and Kiz purchased apartments in his hotels.
