In the Odesa region, police detained teenagers who tortured a 12-year-old boy

This was reported with reference to the police of the Odesa region.

The incident happened at the end of May, but it became known only on June 8: the corresponding video was published on one of the social networks. The police identified the perpetrators. They turned out to be two friends, aged 16 and 17.

Law enforcement officers detained the youths. The issue of informing them of the suspicion of torture committed by a group of persons in preliminary conspiracy and choosing a preventive measure is being decided. The article’s sanction provides for imprisonment for up to ten years.
