This was reported by the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Vadym Filashkin, on the national telethon.

«The enemy shells the city daily, dropping air bombs on private houses and municipal facilities», — he noted.

According to Filashkin, evacuation from Kostyantynivka is progressing slowly, with 20-25 people leaving the city daily. The police help transport people in armored vehicles through transit hubs.
