June 25, the HACC will choose a preventive measure for Deputy Prime Minister Chernyshov: The SAPO is requesting bail

On June 25, the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider the issue of choosing a preventive measure for Deputy Prime Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov, who is accused of abuse of office and receiving undue benefits. According to "Ukrinform", SAPO will request the court to assign bail.

This was reported by the press secretary of the HACC, Olesya Chemerys, in a comment to "Ukrinform".

Chemeris: "The court hearing on the choice of a preventive measure for the Deputy Prime Minister of National Unity is scheduled for 11 am on June 25. The petition will be considered by investigating judge Vitaliy Kryklyvyi".

Citing sources in law enforcement agencies, the publication reports that the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office in its petition requests the court to choose a preventive measure for Chernyshov in the form of bail without detention.

The Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov was notified at the NABU premises of suspicion of abuse of office and receiving undue benefits in particularly large amounts for himself and third parties. Chernyshov wrote on his Facebook account that he is "reviewing all the provided documents".
