In the KhTZ district of Kharkiv, a concerning incident occurred — an unknown man opened fire with a traumatic weapon at a young man who had a prosthetic leg.

The footage shows the shooter approaching the victim almost at point-blank range, opening fire, and knocking him to the ground. After this, the attacker begins to beat the person lying on the ground. Bystanders tried to stop the aggressor. In the video, a woman can be heard shouting, «He killed him!», but it is currently unknown how serious the victim’s injuries are.
