In Ukraine, the capture of the "Hoptivka" checkpoint was denied: the checkpoint remains under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Ukrainian authorities deny information about the loss of the "Hoptivka" border checkpoint in the Kharkiv region, as claimed by Russia.

The head of the Derhachi Military Administration, Zadorenko, confirmed an assault attempt by Russia but noted that the fighters of the 58th Brigade repelled it, and the checkpoint remains under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

"The ’Hoptivka’ checkpoint is under the full control of the Ukrainian Defence Forces," Zadorenko emphasizes.
