Spokesperson of OSG "Dnipro": Armed Forces of Ukraine have stopped Russian advance in the Pokrovsk direction

Responding to a question about whether he could confirm the improvement of the situation on the Pokrovsk direction and the prevention of enemy advancement, Trehubov said: "Yes. They (the Russians - ed.) were stopped back then, they did not advance further, and the map rather shows their route than the entire space they occupied. They were stopped at that point, and now the forces that entered are being localized and are subject to destruction."

According to the spokesperson, it is unclear how long this will last, but as of now, Russian occupiers are being driven out of forest plantations.

Responding to a question about whether it can be considered that a larger number of Russians have been eliminated, Trehubov noted that as of now, this is the case.

"As of now, they are being actively destroyed. The main thing here is that they do not start pushing new groups there, but for now, the first line holds. They simply used everything they managed to infiltrate behind it over some time," he explained.

Trehubov summarized that currently, constant enemy pressure is observed on all directions within the area of responsibility of the OSG "Dnipro."
