The Verkhovna Rada approved amendments to the budget for 40 billion hryvnias

The Verkhovna Rada has finally approved bill 13439-3 on amendments to the state budget for 40 billion UAH.

MP Honcharenko reports that 8 billion UAH for this was withdrawn from the Kyiv budget.

His colleague Zheleznyak notes that the bill, originally about funding the army, has transformed into salary increases, cashback, and other non-military expenses, which include "absolutely unacceptable elements."
