In the Kharkiv region, two children sustained severe injuries due to a grenade explosion

In Kupyansk district, as a result of an explosion of an explosive device, presumably a grenade, two children received hand and head injuries.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

"Today in the Kupyansk district, on the territory of the Velykoburlutska community, near the village of Zelenyi Hai, an explosion of an explosive device, presumably a grenade, occurred," the report states.

As a result of the explosion, two boys born in 2013 were injured, they received hand and head injuries. The condition of the injured is assessed as serious by medical professionals.
