The court lifted restrictions on Prokopiv in the case of organizing the departure of conscripted individuals

The court canceled the nighttime house arrest of Deputy Mayor Volodymyr Prokopiv, who is suspected of organizing the departure of conscripts abroad through the "Shlyakh" system.

Initially, the official was under round-the-clock arrest with an ankle monitor, later under nighttime arrest, and now the court has lifted these restrictions as well.
