Russia is building a bypass road near Mariupol for military purposes, informs the head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, Petro Andryushchenko.

"Everything is happening quietly, without cameras and without propagandistic visits. These roads are not intended for civilian use. They serve for the movement of equipment, cargo, and military columns. This facilitates the acceleration of force redeployment, reduces logistics time, and prepares the city as a hub for future offensives," explains Andryushchenko.
