The father of the Ukrainian woman Iryna Zarutska, who was killed in the USA, was finally allowed to leave Ukraine so he could say goodbye to his daughter.

The spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Demchenko, refuted the Daily Mail’s information that a man of conscription age was not allowed to fly to the USA for his daughter’s funeral.

However, from his words, it becomes clear that the man was allowed to leave only recently — after the funeral had already taken place.

Demchenko noted that Zarutska’s father had not been refused at the border and had not previously submitted documents for departure, and he was provided assistance in preparing documents for departure on humanitarian grounds.
