Russia intensifies repressions against the Ukrainian language in the TOT

Russians are dissatisfied with the Ukrainian language in the temporarily occupied territories and have resorted to repression. 

This is reported by the National Resistance Center.

Russian occupation administrations have been instructed to reduce the use of Ukrainian words in the daily lives of locals. Russian military personnel complain about the use of the Ukrainian language by service sector employees. Because of this, the administrations have been ordered to "cleanse the language."

In particular, another plan is being prepared to oust Ukrainian, which is part of a broader policy of assimilation and pressure. 

"Attempts to destroy the language over the centuries have not yielded results. It will be the same this time," — emphasize those in resistance.
