President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy shared his expectations of U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the end of the full-scale war in Ukraine. The head of state expressed hope that the White House leader would use his influence on the Russian dictator Putin.

The Ukrainian leader stated this during an interview on Fox News on Sunday, October 12.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed hope that Trump would use his influence to force the Kremlin leader to end the full-scale war against Ukraine.

At the same time, he added that he expects active measures from Donald Trump to stop the war in Ukraine.

"I hope the pressure that Trump applied in the Middle East, he will use even more strongly to force Putin to stop the war," — Zelenskyy noted.
